1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. A new version takes effect when it is posted on this page, with the date at the top of the page. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new version.

3. Content and deals

• SanDeals.net is a search tool for deals, promotions and discount codes issued by merchants and partners.
• We do not sell, supply or warrant the products or services shown. The sale, payment, delivery, returns and warranty are between you and the merchant.
• Deals and discount codes can expire, run out or change at any time. Whether a deal is accepted and applied is up to the merchant.
• Product, price and deal information may change without notice.

4. Affiliate links

• Many links on the service are affiliate links. We may receive a commission from the merchant or affiliate network when you buy through them.
• When you open a link, you leave SanDeals.net and that website's terms and policies apply.

5. Your obligations

When you use the service, you must not:

• Use the service for illegal purposes, fraud or deception, or to harm others.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures or other technical measures of the service.
• Collect data by automated means other than through the interfaces we publish, or copy content in bulk to build a competing service.
• Submit malicious code, unlawful content or other people's personal information through the search box or forms.
• Copy, distribute or modify content of the service without our written consent, except where the law allows it.

6. Automated access

• You may access the service by automated means only through the interfaces we publish, within the current usage limits.
• These interfaces are provided as is. We may change, limit or discontinue them, and block access that affects the service, without notice.
• When you display data from the service, keep the links the service returns and do not misrepresent the deals.

7. Intellectual property

• The SanDeals.net name, logo, design, source code and the content we create belong to SanDeals.net.
• Merchant and partner names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify deals.

8. Limitation of liability

• The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that information is always accurate, complete and current.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SanDeals.net is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, from information on the service, or from transactions between you and merchants or other third parties.

9. Indemnity

You are responsible for, and will compensate SanDeals.net for, damages, costs and third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or of the law when using the service, as provided by law.

10. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or harm the service or other users.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, or any part of it, at any time.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled by a competent court of Vietnam.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
